I do apologize for the issues with NLDTCONNECT the last 2 days. The hosting company that handles my site had a fire and all the servers have to be relocated to a new warehouse as repairs to the data center is being done. I am so sorry for the delay but here is the latest update from the team. They are doing everything possible to get the systems back up and running.

Our team has started working in shifts to get all systems up and running again.

What we have already achieved:
We are currently in rack & stack mode
The first customer systems are already live again and are available for internal customer access.
As announced, we are working flat out to get all customer systems up and running. As soon as the relevant systems can be handed over, we will provide proactive information via the customer portal.
Our customer portal is available as usual.

Each system will be put into operation with the utmost care, in particular in compliance with the security requirements of our data center.

Of course, we are aware that you would like to know when you can expect the system to go live. Due to this exceptional situation and the high security requirements to which we are committed, it is currently not possible for us to provide individual timescales. At the moment, our employees are fully focused on getting the IT services up and running.

2:
Our teams currently on site are working together with the data center operator to prepare new racks on the new floor.
The progress over night was racks being prepared with Power Distribution. Currently, the last PDUs (Power Distribution Units) are being installed in the racks.
At the same time, switches were installed in these racks, which are currently being connected to our existing network infrastructure.
Simultaneously, your servers from the effected DC room are currently being dismantled and brought to the new racks.
Our next steps are configuring our network devices, while continue moving servers from effected to new racks.
Due to this exceptional situation, we cannot predict the availability of individual systems at this stage."
